Acceptable Use Policy
The following uses of the swyftec platform are prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
- Processing payments for goods or services that are illegal in the jurisdiction of sale or delivery.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks abuse, or money laundering.
- Selling counterfeit goods or infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
- Impersonating another business or individual.
- Using the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with swyftec's infrastructure.
- Businesses in prohibited categories as defined by Stripe's Restricted Business policy (e.g. certain financial services, adult content, weapons, gambling) unless explicitly approved in writing.
swyftec reserves the right to update this policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
